The Planet Coaster: Deluxe Edition includes the base game as well as the Magnificent Rides Collection and the Classic Rides Collection, offering a total of 18 new rides and coasters inspired by some of the most iconic attractions from fairgrounds and theme parks around the world. Planet Coaster: Console Edition adds hundreds of exquisitely crafted new blueprints. On top of all this, there is also an always active panel granting the ability to make quick changes on the fly without disrupting the creative flow.
Planet Coaster - Console Edition's controls have been newly optimised and now employ the gamepad, as well as a new radial menu that puts the most frequently used shortcuts in reach. While save data is not transferable between PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, PlayStation players will be able to bring their creations with them by uploading them to the Frontier Workshop and then downloading them again in their next-gen park. When playing on Xbox, all progress can be carried over from current to next-gen. This means that you will need to have a next-gen console that can use discs. To do this, you need to insert the disc into your console to be able to play. For physical copy owners, you will be able to download the next-gen version on your Xbox Series X or PlayStation 5 when it becomes available as well.For digital copy owners who purchased on the Microsoft store or PlayStation store, you will be able to access your upgrade by simply logging into the relevant store on your next-gen console with the same account that you used to purchase the game for the Xbox One or PlayStation 4.Upgrading to next-gen with Planet Coaster Can be played with controller along with KB+M.Also included is a brand new Tutorial, a first for the game as well.All scenarios from PC version all with new research trees, most with newly balanced management challenges, and with new objectives.Purchasing the Planet Coaster: Deluxe Edition will get you the base game plus the Magnificent Rides Collection and Classic Rides Collection.There will be two editions of the game Standard and Deluxe Editions.It will then release on PlayStation 5 alongside the launch of the console from November 12th, 2020.Planet Coaster: Console Edition will release on November 10th, 2020 on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
